1. Guest tickets exchange available only online. Tickets are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Please make the booking at your earliest convenience.
2. The Pass holders can exchange ONE ticket per screening, Opening Film and Special Screenings (Nov 21st <Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior>) are excluded.
3. Once confirmed, the order may not be cancelled or modified. Please carefully review your screening before making the order.
4. Tickets are the only proof of purchase for admittance to screenings and will not be reissued if lost or damaged. Do not forward screenshots of your mobile tickets to avoid affecting your rights.
5. For entry to screenings, both the ticket and the festival pass must be presented. Entry will be denied without the physical GUEST PASS.
6. The pass is for personal use only and may be confiscated if misused or used by others or in violation of pass and ticket exchange regulations.
7. To manage screening quality, latecomer will NOT be admitted to the screening 20 minutes after the films begin.
8. Please obey rules for eating/drinking at the venue.
9. Venues will be cleared after each screening. Please attend to your personal belongings.
10. Safety first. Occupying the aisle is strictly prohibited.
11. All film rights belong to the copyright owners. Photography or video/audio recording during the screenings is strictly prohibited. The festival reserves the right to require deletion of illegal files.
12. Film information is listed on the festival’s official website. Any further changes (running time/rating, etc.) will be announced on the festival’s official website and at the venues. Running time does not include Q&A sessions before or after screenings.
13. All attendees of this event are deemed to have consented to be photographed, recorded and/or filmed by the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival Executive Committee during the event and to the use of these images, sounds, and videos. The Committee has the right to use these materials permanently and free of charge for any purposes, without limitation of geographical area, medium, or way of exploitation.
14. Respect others and enjoy the movie! A great audience creates a great cinema experience. If you have any questions, please ask our staff for assistance.
15. The festival may reject the pass issuance in the coming year for those who fail to pick-up tickets more than 3 times.
16. The festival reserves the right to change the program.

4. Tickets may be exchanged online starting from 12 p.m. on the day before the screening.

6. Each order is limited to a maximum of 8 tickets.
7. Each online order must be confirmed within 10 minutes. Overdue order will be cancelled.
8. Once confirmed, the order may not be cancelled or modified. Please carefully review your screening before making the order.
9. Transferring or selling redeemed tickets in any form is strictly prohibited.
10. The festival may reject the pass issuance in the coming year for those who fail to pick-up tickets more than 3 times.

Mobile Ticket: After payment, you can view the e-ticket in “View Mobile Ticket”. Please present its QR code at the entrance.
